Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to youth ages 2-21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and partner with families and educators to implement individualized treatment plans.

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation, and a passion for empowering youth.

Qualifications

• Licensure in PA as psychologist/counselor/social worker or related field.
• Certification as BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time ABA experience with supervision is required.
• 12 credits in ABA from college or university or equivalent training.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions as prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and thorough documentation aligned with goals.
