Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and work with families, educators, and providers to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care role includes supervisory responsibilities and requires strong clinical insight and documentation. The position is part-time and based in Meadville, PA, with compensation of $43 per client hour plus

Qualificações

• PA license as Behavior Specialist or BCBA or graduate certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field with practicum or 1 year of direct youth services.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
