Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and educators to implement individualized treatment plans.

The role offers part-time hours, clinical oversight, and opportunities to supervise ABA services, with competitive compensation for licensed and administrative activities. PA clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA/graduate-level behavior analysis certification
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field with eligibility for supervision credential
• Pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances required
• License or scope to supervise ABA services (e.g., LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/ Psychologist) preferred
• One year of direct mental health experience with youth or practicum experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and updates aligned with treatment goals
