Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community ABA services in Pennsylvania for youth aged 2–21. The role combines direct care with clinical supervision, focusing on assessments, ITP development, and implementation of ABA strategies under licensed oversight.

The position emphasizes documentation, collaboration with families and schools, and adherence to treatment goals. Part-time status with options for growth and supervision support are included.

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment and behavior observation skills.
• Strong documentation and treatment plan development abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals
