Job summary

Pathways in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant-ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. You will conduct assessments, identify target behaviors, and develop individualized treatment plans with families and schools.

This part-time, direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, solid documentation, and the ability to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent credential
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
• Graduate degree in ABA or related fields with relevant experience
• Experience in mental health/direct services with children/youth preferred (or practicum)
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances
• LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist or similar licensure with ABA oversight scope

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed professionals
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide clinical oversight and regular progress documentation
