Clarvida in Pennsylvania is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors and work with families and educators to develop individualized treatment plans.

This direct care and supervisory role demands clinical insight, strong documentation, and a passion for empowering youth. The role requires PA licensure in relevant behavioral health fields, BCBA or related graduate certification,

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, CRNP or similar with ABA oversight.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators and teams to support progress.
• Provide ongoing documentation and updates aligned with goals.
