Job summary

Pathways in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant-ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients ages 2–21 in Crawford County Meadville. This part-time role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and developing individualized treatment plans under supervision.

You will collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers, ensuring thorough documentation and ABA-aligned interventions.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification/graduate certificate.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Experience meeting PA regulatory requirements and able to pass background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.

Education

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist

BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis

Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
