Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes assessments, ITP development, and ABA-driven interventions with clinical oversight and strong documentation practices.

The position requires licensure or eligibility (PA Behavior Specialist/BCBA or related master’s degree), collaboration with families and schools, and compliance with clearances. A passion for empowering youth is essential.

Qualifications

• PA licensed Behavior Specialist or BCBA credential required or equivalent.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, education, or counseling.
• Clinical practice with children/youth; direct service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure in LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/ Psychologist or related scope to supervise ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
