Job summary
Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support to youth ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role combines direct care with supervision, requiring strong clinical insight and meticulous documentation as you lead assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with families and providers.
The position is part-time, with compensation at $39 per client hour. Applicants must meet PA licensure or BCBA/ABA degree criteria and complete required
Qualifications
- Must have strong clinical insight and excellent documentation skills.
- License or certification in PA for ABA services.
- Graduate degree in ABA or related field with eligibility to oversee ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
- Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
- Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by a licensed professional and supervise data collection.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
- Provide clinical oversight and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
