Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to youths ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs), and implement ABA-aligned interventions while collaborating with families, educators, and other service providers.

The role is part-time and involves direct care plus supervision, requiring strong clinical insight and solid documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level behavior analysis certification.
• Graduate degree in ABA.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant mental health experience.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
