Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires clinical insight, thorough documentation, and a passion for empowering youth. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level behavior analysis certification.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling; +1 year direct services or practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor ITPS with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and teams to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and regular treatment updates.
