Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients aged 2–21 in State College, Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and collaborating with families and educators to develop individualized treatment plans, with direct care and supervision responsibilities.

The position requires strong clinical insight, precise documentation, and a commitment to empowering youth through ABA-guided interventions

Qualifications

Licensed in PA as psychologist or related professional.
BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
Be licensed or have applicable credential to oversee ABA services and related supervision.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
