Mia Aesthetics in Phoenix is seeking an In-Clinic Surgical Coordinator to greet patients, coordinate consultations, and guide them through pricing and bookings for procedures.

You will support the clinical team by collecting medical forms, preparing invoices, communicating with patients by text, email, or phone, and helping schedule surgeries while ensuring accurate pricing and patient financing where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in lobby and invite them to consult room.
• Explain prep steps for assessment and gather patient history notes.
• Debrief doctor on medical history and important notes for consults.
• Take notes during patient assessment for the procedure of interest.
• Discuss pricing and booking steps, including booking fee and surgery date.
• Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Create invoices and ensure forms are completed and uploaded.
• Communicate with patients via text, email, or phone.
• Educate patients on procedures, labs, and required clearances.
• Explain booking process and post-booking expectations across departments.
