Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service in our Perry Hall Banking Center. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, opening deposit accounts, and promoting WesBanco products to add value for both consumers and businesses.

The position emphasizes outbound onboarding calls, prospecting new Retail customers, and active participation in community and branch activities. A strong emphasis on security, compliance, and collaboration with partners is required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling deposits, transactions, and basic banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Banking Center customers with transactions and inquiries.
• Open new deposit accounts and manage cash drawer with accuracy.
• Identify customer needs and refer to banking partners for products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and prospect new Retail customers.
• Promote bank products and services to internal and external partners.
• Maintain security controls and assist in daily banking center operations.
