Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join a critical IT program supporting the information lifecycle. The role focuses on designing and overseeing a comprehensive Microsoft Project schedule, coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure on-time milestones.

You will lead IMS meetings, analyze CPM/EVM metrics, and produce monthly briefings for government leadership. A TS clearance (or ability to obtain SCI) and 8+ years scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling or project management in a complex environment
• Proven experience using project scheduling software like Microsoft Project
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with IMS, CPM, EVM and other scheduling techniques
• Ability to define milestones, deliverables, and manage dependencies
• Able to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday; overtime as needed
• Willingness to travel 5-10% within 75 miles
• Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, Visio

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Microsoft Project schedule with resource allocations
• Coordinate development of schedules, integrating resources, tracking, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with multiple departments to create and refine project schedules and address changes
• Lead daily and weekly IMS meetings and ensure alignment with project goals
• Prepare monthly IMS briefings to government leadership with progress and risks
