Job summary

RTX BBN Technologies seeks an experienced scheduler to own the master schedule for a high-visibility development and production project. You will build the work breakdown structure, define dependencies, and allocate resources across teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include resource leveling, schedule analyses, and coordinating with team leads to manage critical path constraints, while driving tasks from inception to closure in a government-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule for a high visibility RTX BBN development and production project.
• Build the work breakdown structure, task dependencies, and resource allocation whilesolicitingteam inputs as necessary
• Performresource leveling andcoordinatewith team leads tomanagingcritical path overallocations
• Perform schedule analyses and assess execution options based on priorities, fixed deadlines, and resource constraints
• Facilitate productive meetings to regularly status schedule items
• Utilize the schedule and frequent team interactions to drive tasks frominceptionto closure
