Job summary

RTX BBN Technologies in Middletown, RI seeks a senior scheduler to own the master schedule for a high‑visibility development and production project. You will build the work breakdown structure, set dependencies and resources, perform schedule analyses, and drive tasks from inception to closure in an onsite setting.

A university degree or equivalent with 8+ years (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) is required, plus active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule for a high visibility RTX BBN development and production project.
• Build the work breakdown structure, task dependencies, and resource allocation while soliciting team inputs as necessary.
• Perform resource leveling and coordinate with team leads to managing critical path overallocations.
• Perform schedule analyses and assess execution options based on priorities, fixed deadlines, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate productive meetings to regularly status schedule items.
• Utilize the schedule and frequent team interactions to drive tasks from inception to closure.
