Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a program planning professional to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs on-site in Tucson, AZ. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and strong analytical skills to drive schedule integrity and program success.

Responsibilities include maintaining the IMS in MS Project, integrating contractual changes, and ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM.
Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Onsite support to the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program's lifecycle with contractual changes.
Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements.
Ensure the IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and traceable to production scope.
Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents for quality and compliance.
Communicate schedule status, critical path results, and what-if analyses to leadership and customers.
