Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee a production program in McKinney, TX. You will manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a transferable Secret clearance, 10+ years in program management, and a proven record in leading cross-functional teams. onsite work with travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years in program or capture management roles.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program tasking, milestones, and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Lead profit and loss, AOP, and EACs for the production program.
• Champion program management best practices for production.
• Coordinate interactions between customers and other parties.
• Set priorities, resolve conflicts, and conduct major reviews with the customer.
• Support proposals and on-contract growth opportunities.
• Manage changes from ECPs and interface with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 20% for domestic customer engagements.
