Job summary

CAC I International Inc. seeks a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to support the creation and maintenance of network-based development and production schedules using Microsoft Project.

You will collaborate with the program management office to drive on-time delivery and develop roadmaps of milestones and processes across functional teams. The role offers exposure to driving cost/schedule integration, IMS deliverables, and Schedule Risk Assessments, with duties spanning stakeholder

Qualifications

• 9+ years of scheduling experience in aerospace or related industries.
• Experience using MS Project Server, SharePoint, Power-BI.
• Familiarity with DCMA 14-point schedule guidance and EVMS.
• Ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives basic principles, theories and concepts of scheduling in your scheduling products.
• Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department and government policies and procedures.
• Follow and adhere to the DCMA 14-point schedule guidance.
• Support Proposal Requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management to translate customer requirements into a performance baseline.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to solicit and obtain schedule input from stakeholders.
• Operating in MS Project Server environment.
• Competency in integrating cost/schedule and rolling wave planning.
• Competency of Critical Path Analysis.
• What-if planning scenarios for internal/external customers.
• Prepare and deliver the IMS deliverables in accordance with DID/SOW.
• Prepare schedule data for reviews, meetings, and audits.
• Drive Program IMS to meet PMB and execution plan.
• Perform schedule integrity checks and critical path analysis.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
• Ability to work independently or within an IPT.
• Drive cost and schedule integration & EVMS best practices.
• Managing critical resources within multiple schedules.
