Ideal candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, English fluency, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site role within a supportive team and growing company environment.

Qualifications

• Pro-active, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers.
• Experience in import/logistics is a plus (not required).
• Understanding of documentation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into operating systems.
• Track and trace Air and Ocean Import files.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers.
• Send documents to customers or brokers for customs.
• Assist in billing and relationship management with suppliers.
• Communicate with customers to arrange shipments.
• Support adherence to OPS and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emails and requests promptly.
