• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RCA's and IS's to process entries on time within service standards.
• Proactively verify documentation and accuracy on documents or parts database.
• May contact Client Import Analyst for missing docs/instructions.
• Provide technical expertise to team members.
• Assist team with on-the-job training.
• Check tariff and valuation accuracy with proper client/importer information.
• Conduct documented internal audits.
• Assist Manager in compiling reporting metrics for Client Service Team.
• Participate in day-to-day operations: set priorities, organize work, coordinate with others, problem-solve, and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate and implement electronic data relationships to improve processing efficiency.
• Keep up with new systems developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
