Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a detail‑oriented Release Classification Analyst to support the release pool and ensure on‑time processing of client entries. You will assist RCA and IS, verify documents, and help maintain service standards across the team.

The role requires 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and CCS certification in progress or completed. Strong data‑entry skills and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent.
• Working towards or completed CCS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RCA and IS to ensure entries are processed on time and within service standards.
• Verify documentation and accuracy in documents or parts database.
• Contact Client Import Analyst for missing documentation or instructions as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to team members.
• Assist with on-the-job training for teammates.
• Conduct checks on tariff and valuation accuracy and client/importer info.
• Assist in compiling and reporting performance metrics for the Client Service Team.
• Coordinate daily team operations, priorities, and scheduling.
• Support electronic data relationships to improve one-step processing.
• Stay updated on new systems developments and policies.
