• Supervise Import operations and Import staff.

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and other NEU functions.
• Prepare reports and analysis for management.
• Handle daily operation tasks including file opening, document collection for customs clearance, and invoicing.
• Investigate issues and report to the manager.
• Collect and analyze department data to support goals.
• Maintain contact with overseas branches and sales staff to retain and grow business.
• Collaborate with other departments to support import activities.
