Responsibilities

• Supervise daily import operations team.
• Ensure SOPs and timelines are met.
• Maintain white-label service under customer branding.
• Monitor milestones, docs, customs clearance, billing.
• Escalation point for service issues.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, carriers, brokers.
• Provide timely customer updates.
• Train and cover during absences.
