Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Supervisor, Logistics (Import/Export) to lead the day-to-day execution of international shipments and ensure compliant, on-time movement of freight. This role partners with carriers, brokers and internal teams to keep material flowing across borders.

The successful candidate will oversee documentation, HTS codes and origin certificates, and manage a small team while ensuring audit-ready trade records and adherence to CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in import/export operations and trade compliance.
• 2+ years coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers and brokers.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily import/export operations and customs filings.
• Coordinates with freight forwarders, carriers and brokers on shipments.
• Ensures accuracy of trade documentation and origin certificates.
• Monitors shipment status and resolves delays or holds.
• Ensures compliance with US customs, CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA and DOT.
• Maintains trade records to support audits.
