Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds for air, ocean, and cross-border shipments.
• Complete regulatory requirements and documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances.
• Maintain client-specific HTS databases and ensure accurate billing and pricing.
• Review and release shipment documentation to carriers, freight forwarders, customers, and agents promptly.
• Apply Incoterms and commercial invoice requirements in daily work.
• Build relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics vendors.
• Prepare reports and management information as requested.
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service to clients.
