Job summary

Blue United Sourcing LLC in Bensenville, IL seeks a detail-oriented Customs Entries and Shipping Logistics, Customer Service Representative to ensure import shipments clear customs on time and in compliance.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing shipment documents, processing entries, and maintaining HTS databases. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday with paid training and growth potential into account management or sales roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of operational experience quoting, filing, and auditing customs entries.
• Experience working with PGAs in the customs clearance process.
• Proficiency with customs entry software, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds for air and ocean shipments.
• Complete regulatory requirements and documentation including transit documents and customs clearances.
• Maintain client HTS databases and distribute shipment documents to stakeholders.
