Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds for air and ocean shipments.
• Complete regulatory documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances.
• Maintain client HTS databases and manage shipment documentation to relevant parties.
• Review client billing based on pricing to ensure accurate costs and margins.
• Apply Incoterms and commercial invoice requirements; build relationships with logistics partners.
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service to clients.
• Prepare reports and management information as requested.
