As an Import Coordinator, you will coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers, track shipments, maintain records, and resolve issues with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 3+ years of freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or domestic distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customs entries required.
• Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
• Cargowise software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers, including domestic operations.
• Track shipments from departure through final delivery and maintain records in internal systems.
• Proactively resolve logistics and transportation issues with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Communicate shipment status, updates, delays, and ETAs to customers for full visibility and satisfaction.
• Create and monitor exception reports in a timely and consistent manner.
• Collect required documentation, verify charges, and support billing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic import regulations.
