Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with an Export and/or Import background. You will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our network of vendors and offices worldwide to ensure each international shipment succeeds.

You will manage end-to-end shipment processes, track statuses daily, and handle documentation and regulatory filings. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in export and/or import logistics.
• 2+ years handling international shipments at a freight forwarder or NVO

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments process from start to finish, coordinating with carriers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Daily tracking and tracing of customer shipments.
• Communicate with ocean/air carriers and trucks for arranging shipments and updates.
• Prepare accurate documentation and assure compliance with CBP timing cutoffs for AMS filings and ISF filings.
• Maintain communication with clients and overseas offices during shipment.
• Process payments to vendors using transportation management software.
• Update reports online or in Excel as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to complete transportation services.
• Perform accurate profit and loss analysis for each shipment.

Worldwide Logistics Inc. is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator with an Export an /or Import background. As a Logistics Coordinator you will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each international shipment a success.

Responsibilities:

• Complete process of shipments including:
• Daily tracking and tracing of customer shipments
• Communicating with ocean / air carriers, truckers, warehouses for arranging shipments and follow up on shipment updates
• Accurate and complete documentation preparation
• Compliance with CBP timing cutoffs for AMS filings, ISF Filings and other Entry filings
• Maintain thorough communication with client and overseas offices throughout shipment process
• Arranging payments to vendors for services rendered utilizing transportation management software for document generation
• Maintaining reports online or in Excel if required by the account
• Working in conjunction with other staff to complete required transportation service
• Complete accurate profit and loss analysis for each shipment
