As an Import Coordinator, you will coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers, track shipments from departure through final delivery, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or domestic distribution.
• Knowledge of customs entries required.
• Cargowise software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers, including domestic operations.
• Track shipments from departure through final delivery and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Proactively resolve logistics and transportation issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Communicate shipment status, updates, delays, and ETAs to customers for full visibility and satisfaction.
• Create and monitor exception reports in a timely and consistent manner.
• Collect required documentation, verify charges, and support billing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic import regulations.
