This role ensures cargo moves efficiently, complies with customs and regulatory requirements, and meets customer expectations through proactive communication with carriers, overseas agents, customs brokers, trucking providers, and clients. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact throughout the shipment lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service and operational support.
