Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Implementation Specialist to install software for iWAREHOUSE products and train customers on hardware/software interfaces. You will support ongoing backend needs and work with the sales project team to ensure proper system requirements.

The role requires travel up to 50% locally and nationwide, with a focus on clear communication, strong organizational skills, and IT savvy. Onsite office base with customer facility visits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Five years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Strong ability to train customers and coordinate with IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Install software from various vendors for iWAREHOUSE product sales.
• Train customers on hardware/software interfaces and provide backend support.
• Collaborate with IT staff to set up environments for product integration.
• Provide web-based training and assist Raymond West field technicians.
