Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to support end-user concepting, planning, testing and post-installation support for warehouse automation systems across customer sites. You’ll interface with WMS/WCS, PLCs, and iWarehouse Suite while coordinating with sales and vendors.

The role involves travel to job sites, training end-users, and ensuring successful commissioning and ongoing software support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with AutoCAD and mechanical systems installation.
• Engineering background with 5+ years in application, design and installation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Vendors and Sales to develop estimates.
• Provide technical software/controls support for ARW Systems.
• Install/implement training of end-user Power Pick Systems and iWarehouse Suite.
• Manage renewals, quotes and purchase orders.
• Ensure system integration with WMS/WCS and PLCs.
• Test, commission and support installations and acceptance testing.
