Job summary

Raymond West is actively seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to support end-user concepting, planning, testing, installation and post-installation support for automated warehouse equipment. The role involves software interfaces with customer WMS/WCS, AGV/ASRS, PIT and robotics, plus training end-users and renewing software licenses.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills and willingness to travel 25%–40% in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• Strong AutoCAD experience and PLC programming exposure.
• Experience with automation software, controls and WMS/WCS interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning and training of end-user software.
• Design interfaces with customer’s WMS/WCS and AGV/ASRS systems.
• Prepare estimates and renewal quotes with RW Sales.
• Provide technical software sales support and on-site assistance.
• Develop test plans and assist with system testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure full system integration.
