Job summary

Raymond West seeks a Software Implementation Engineer to lead end-user concepting, technical planning, and field support for automated warehouse equipment. You will work on software interfaces to WMS/WCS, design routes for AGV/PIT systems, and coordinate installations and training for customers.

Candidate will gain extensive exposure to warehouse automation, PLC/HMI programming, and integration with Raymond West’s iWarehouse Suite, while collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Engineering background with 5+ years in application, design, and installation of mechanical systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD and PLC/HMI programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with automation software and controls planning for AS/RS/AGV systems.
• Install, commission, and support software components at customer sites.
• Develop test plans and participate in acceptance testing.
• Prepare renewal quotes and manage software licenses.
• Collaborate with sales, suppliers, and customers to ensure integration success.
• Travel 25%–40% as required and support on-site deployments.
