Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on end-user concepting, technical planning, software/controls expertise, testing, field support, installation, commissioning, and post-installation support for automated equipment such as AS/RS, AGVs, and PIT.

Responsibilities include training end-users, renewing software licenses, interfacing with customer WMS/WCS, and collaborating with sales on demos and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with AutoCAD and mechanical systems installation.
• Engineering background with 5+ years in application, design or installation.

Responsibilities

• Work with RW Sales to develop estimates.
• Provide technical software sales support and customer visits.
• Design routes and rules for AGV, ASRS, PIT systems.
• Support setup and commissioning of automated control systems.
• Install/implement and train end-user Power Pick Systems and iWarehouse Suite.
• Renew software support renewals and manage purchase orders.
• Understand WMS/WCS integration and control architectures.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
