Qualifications

• Experience managing or mentoring a small team while maintaining direct project ownership.
• Strong technical and accounting fluency, ideally with knowledge of ASC 606, order‑to‑cash workflows.
• Demonstrated success leading complex client implementations with high accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop a team of Implementation Managers, providing coaching and guidance.
• Own complex, high-impact implementations including managing ERP integrations.
• Improve and scale processes by refining implementation playbooks.
