Job summary

August Health is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the team guiding customers from contract to go-live and oversee expansion projects such as new products and acquisitions. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on build to scale our healthcare SaaS platform.

You will coach managers, develop implementation best practices, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data to improve the end-to-end journey while embracing AI-powered tooling to drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementations or related customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations.
• Ability to design scalable implementation models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Implementation team.
• Own the implementation experience from post-sale through go-live.
• Oversee implementations for live customers expanding products or acquisitions.
• Build for scale with repeatable processes, playbooks, tooling, and metrics.
• Develop deep product and implementation expertise across August Health.
• Leverage AI and no/low-code tools to prototype scalable solutions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or ambiguous implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio health, capacity, risks, and timelines.
