Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation or project management.
• Comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of onboarding from sales handoff through activation.
• Build the implementation playbook and design workflows.
• Manage customer-facing project management tools to track progress.
• Support data migration and resolve technical needs.
• Communicate timelines and updates to customers.
• Embed AI tools to streamline implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
