Job summary

GoodShip, a Nashville-based AI-powered freight tech company, is seeking an Implementation Manager on the Sales team. You will be the technical architect bridging sales and customer success, designing tailored solutions, leading proofs of concept, and ensuring a seamless handoff from close to implementation.

You will work with Account Executives, translate client goals into platform use cases, and build repeatable demo environments while validating data and defining success criteria before

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Ability to translate data into business value.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel for business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical work-stream in enterprise sales cycles.
• Design and deliver proofs of concept.
• Translate prospect data into platform use cases.
• Define technical requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams.
• Ensure smooth transition from negotiation to onboarding.
• Document decisions to support adoption.
