Job summary

Ntracts Compliance is seeking a Client Services Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will support and manage client implementations and ongoing support operations, collaborating with account managers to deliver a smooth implementation experience.

In this hybrid role, you will lead meetings, document progress, provide system how-tos, and escalate issues when needed, while maintaining strong communications and adherence to our policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer support, or other client-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent client implementations, priorities, and deliverables in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage client implementations by scheduling activities, tracking milestones, preparing materials, proactively driving next steps, and ensuring implementation completion.
• Support client progress by leading meetings, documenting calls, tracking action items, and maintaining accurate system records.
• Provide client support through system how-tos, permission updates, data uploads, client training and walkthroughs.
• Submit, troubleshoot, and track support cases independently, partnering with internal teams to resolve and elevate issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify roadblocks, suggest process improvements, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Understand client needs and deliver expert guidance aligned with industry best practices.
• Adhering to employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
