Job summary

Vehlo is hiring a Configuration Specialist to support the Dealerlogix service workflow deployments. The role focuses on implementing cloud-based software for dealership service departments, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales, DevOps, and Support teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and go-live process.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from onboarding to go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments.
• Provide regular feedback and maintain detailed project plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
• Maintain ongoing client support and check-ins throughout deployment.
• Travel to Milwaukee office as needed (per business needs).
