Job summary

Trust Automotive Group is seeking an IT Specialist to support our growing Multi-Dealership Group environment. This role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and networking across multiple locations.

You will troubleshoot issues, support DMS/CRM and Office apps, and work with vendors while traveling between dealership sites as needed. A strong customer-service mindset and IT fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• IT/CS networking coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience supporting users in multi-location business environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to dealership staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to tickets, calls, emails, and on-site requests promptly and professionally.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.
• Support DMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and follow cybersecurity policies per company guidelines.
