Job summary

Vehlo seeks an Implementation & Training Specialist to guide dealerships from install to go-live, traveling to sites to configure Dealerlogix and train service teams. You’ll deliver role-based training, document readiness plans, and ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Experience team.

The role requires 3–5 years in software implementation and end-user training, with the ability to work independently on the road and coordinate with internal teams. Travel up to 85% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software implementation and end-user training, ideally in automotive.
• Working knowledge of dealership fixed operations (service, parts, the repair order process).
• Familiarity with major dealer management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.
• Confidence teaching adults in person and virtually, and presenting professionally to customers at every level.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple installs and timelines.
• Comfort with computers, tablets, and cloud-based software.
• Ability to work independently on the road and collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare with weekly pre-launch calls and readiness plans.
• Install and train onsite at customer dealerships using Vehlo’s training modules.
• Drive adoption and ensure users understand their responsibilities in the workflow.
• Support remotely via phone, text, and webcast within service-level targets.
• Hand off with care to Customer Experience with complete notes.
• Stay current with Vehlo’s training curriculum and product updates.
