Job summary

Vehlo in Milwaukee is seeking a Configuration Specialist for Dealerlogix deployment. You will guide dealers through onboarding, configure workflows, and ensure smooth go-live across service, parts, and labor processes.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in customer-facing roles, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a customer facing role.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
• Complete performance goals and provide regular feedback.
• Execute implementation methodologies for deployments.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation from onboarding to go-live.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Dev Ops and Support.
• Serve as primary contact for key clients during implementation.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and provide support.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
