Job summary

Vehlo is seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to lead installations and end-user training across dealership networks. You will plan, install, and train on Vehlo’s cloud-based platforms, ensuring role-based adoption and a smooth go-live handoff to Customer Experience.

You’ll stay current with updates and continuously improve training modules. Travel up to 85% is required; strong presentation skills and experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years software implementation and end-user training experience.
• Experience with dealership fixed operations (service, parts, RO process).
• Familiarity with major DMS such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Ability to travel up to 85% and work independently on the road.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare installations; hold weekly pre-launch calls and document readiness plans.
• Install and train onsite using Vehlo’s standardized training modules.
• Drive user adoption; ensure users understand roles and best practices.
• Provide remote post-launch support via phone, text, and webcast within SLAs.
• Hand off to Customer Experience with complete handoff notes after go-live.
• Stay current with training curriculum and product updates.
