Job summary

Vehlo is seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to guide dealerships from install to go-live and early adoption. You’ll travel to sites, configure Dealerlogix, train service teams on their roles, and transition stores to our Customer Experience team for ongoing success.

You will build readiness plans, lead onsite installs, and ensure adoption while staying current with product updates and training materials. This role emphasizes independent travel and professional training delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience implementing software and training end users, ideally in a dealership or automotive setting.
• Working knowledge of dealership fixed operations (service, parts, and the repair order process).
• Familiarity with major dealer management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.
• Confidence teaching adults in person and virtually, and presenting professionally to customers at every level, from service advisors to dealership leadership.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple installs and timelines at once.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare. Hold weekly pre-launch calls for upcoming installs, and build and document each store’s readiness plan in the weeks leading up to launch.
• Install and train onsite. Lead installations and deliver role-based training at customer dealerships using Vehlo’s standardized training modules.
• Drive adoption. Make sure every user understands their responsibilities in the workflow and the best practices for their role.
• Support remotely. Respond promptly to post-launch training needs by phone, text, and webcast, within our service-level targets [define response time].
• Hand off with care. Complete a documented, warm handoff to Customer Experience so no context is lost after go-live.
• Stay current. Build deep fluency in Vehlo’s training curriculum and keep up with product updates, and share customer feedback that could improve our modules.
