What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Project Manager III – Merchant Onboarding within our Comdata division. This position falls under our North America Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will lead the onboarding of highly complex merchant clients, guiding them through the successful integration of our payment processing solutions. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Implementation Services and collaborate regularly with technical teams, product, engineering, and customer success.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

1. Leading merchant onboarding from setup through post-launch support
2. Developing onboarding project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource needs
3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration success
4. Overseeing technical integrations including API configuration and testing
5. Ensuring merchants meet compliance and security standards
6. Conducting project check-ins and monitoring progress
7. Providing merchants with documentation and training for ongoing platform usage
8. Identifying and resolving onboarding risks or issues
9. Delivering post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1. 4+ years of experience in project management, with 2+ years managing software implementations
2. Understanding of payment processing systems and merchant integrations
3. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholder communication
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Technical problem-solving and API troubleshooting capabilities
6. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana
7. Knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, or other payment compliance standards (preferred)
8. PMP, Scrum, or related certifications (preferred)
